We know that insurance can be very confusing. We try to keep things simple so you do not have to worry about it. We take most of the major plans in New York because we want you to focus entirely on your heart health.

These are the main insurance providers we accept at our offices right now:

Healthfirst (Primary Partner):
As our primary insurance partner, Healthfirst is our major provider and currently contributes approximately 60% of our patient bookings.

We accept MetroPlus plans at our clinics, making it easy for you to get top-tier cardiovascular care right in your community.

Our offices fully welcome Fidelis Care members, ensuring your heart treatments are covered without hassle.

Most people with UnitedHealthcare plans can visit any of our six local clinics for screenings and specialized testing.

Our office takes several different Blue Cross plans to help you stay healthy without worrying about high costs.

Keep this in mind

Insurance companies change their rules constantly. Just because you see your company name above does not mean your specific plan covers everything. Some smaller plans require a note from your regular doctor before you can see us.

The safest thing to do is just grab your card and call our HMS booking line at 347-480-5287. Our front desk staff can check your exact plan over the phone before you show up. That way, you don’t get stuck with an unexpected bill.
